Founding List & Origin Halo Terms
These terms explain how the pre-launch queue, first-100 priority and Origin Halo eligibility work.
Version 1.1.0 · Effective 11 July 2026
1. Pre-launch status
Joining the Founding List is a request for early consideration before public access opens. It is not a purchase, paid reservation, ownership right, guaranteed placement or promise of future value.
2. Queue position
Queue position is based on the platform's recorded submission order after duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete or ineligible entries are removed. Technical timestamps and server records control where reasonably reliable.
3. Applicants aged 13–17
A creator aged 13–17 may submit a Founding List application, but the entry remains provisional until a parent or legal guardian has verified and approved it. No public profile, paid placement or direct brand contact may be activated before verification.
The original application timestamp may be preserved while guardian verification is pending. Failure to complete verification within a communicated deadline may make the entry ineligible and allow the next eligible applicant to move forward.
4. First 100 priority
The first 100 eligible people on the Founding List receive priority or a right of first refusal for an Origin Halo opportunity. Origin Halo is only activated after creator approval, acceptance of the current terms and successful payment within the stated deadline.
5. Passing the opportunity forward
If a person is rejected, withdraws, cannot be contacted, fails guardian verification where required, misses the acceptance or payment deadline, provides false information or becomes ineligible, the opportunity passes automatically to the next eligible person in the queue.
6. Reveal sequence
- The globe may begin blurred and still during the pre-launch phase.
- Each qualifying Origin Halo reservation may remove one visual segment of the blur.
- When 100 qualifying reservations are recorded, the full globe may become visible but remain still.
- The globe begins rotating or goes live only after the required 100 creators are approved, have accepted the current terms and have completed payment.
Visual progress is promotional presentation and does not itself establish legal entitlement, payment status or ownership rights.
7. Origin Halo status
Origin Halo is a limited digital status and presentation feature connected to an approved placement. It may not be sold or transferred without written consent and remains conditional on compliance with platform rules.
8. Pricing and tiers
Final pricing, included tier benefits and upgrade rules must be shown clearly before payment. Founding List participation does not lock a price unless the signup page expressly states that a specific price is guaranteed.
9. Approval before placement
The intended launch flow is application and review before paid placement. If a payment authorisation is ever taken before final approval, checkout information must explain whether it is only a temporary authorisation and how it is cancelled if approval is denied.
10. Removal and replacement
An Origin Halo can be suspended or removed for material rule violations, fraud, unlawful content, impersonation, chargeback abuse or other grounds stated in the Terms. Any replacement, refund or remedy remains subject to mandatory law and the Purchase, Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
11. Changes before paid launch
Because the Founding List is pre-launch, non-essential mechanics may be refined. Material changes to priority, price or eligibility must be communicated before payment, and renewed acceptance should be collected where appropriate.
