Content & Community Rules

1. Core standard

Use Infloowerz lawfully, honestly and respectfully. You are responsible for the material and links you submit and for ensuring that you have all needed rights.

2. Illegal and dangerous content

You must not submit, promote or link to content that:

• Is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction or facilitates serious crime.
• Sexually exploits or endangers children, or depicts child sexual abuse.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremist activity or credible violence.
• Contains credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking or doxxing.
• Facilitates trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual sexual content or blackmail.
• Promotes the sale of prohibited weapons, illegal drugs or other unlawful goods or services.

3. Hate, abuse and discrimination

Content that dehumanises, threatens or incites hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics is prohibited. Criticism, debate, satire and documentary context may be considered, but context does not excuse threats, targeted abuse or unlawful discrimination.

4. Sexual and adult content

Pornographic, sexually exploitative, non-consensual or prostitution-facilitating content is not permitted on creator profiles. Infloowerz may restrict other adult-oriented material where needed for safety, payment-provider rules, audience suitability or legal compliance.

5. Fraud, impersonation and deceptive conduct

• Do not impersonate another person, creator, brand or organisation.
• Do not falsify identity, location, follower figures, engagement, awards or partnerships.
• Do not run scams, phishing, deceptive giveaways, pyramid schemes or misleading investment promotions.
• Do not use fake reviews, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, bots or purchased engagement to mislead.
• Do not claim Infloowerz endorsement, verification or sponsorship beyond what the platform actually provides.

6. Intellectual property

Only upload names, images, logos, video, music, text and other material you own or are authorised to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, design, publicity, database or other rights. Rights holders can use the report form.

7. Privacy and personal information

Do not publish private personal information without a lawful basis. This includes home addresses, personal phone numbers, private documents, financial information, login credentials, medical details and intimate material. Never expose a person's date of birth or identity document through an Infloowerz profile without a lawful need.

8. Advertising and commercial claims

Creators remain responsible for legally required advertising disclosures, endorsements, product claims, prize promotions, affiliate links and sponsored content on their own channels. Paid or gifted relationships must not be concealed.

9. Health, financial and other high-risk claims

Do not use Infloowerz to promote dangerously false or unlawful medical, financial, legal or safety claims. Where professional qualifications or risk warnings are legally required, they must be accurate and visible.

10. Spam and technical abuse

• No unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive submissions or manipulative redirects.
• No malware, credential theft, malicious scripts or attempts to bypass security.
• No scraping, automated extraction or reverse engineering contrary to law or written permission.
• No interference with platform availability, moderation, reporting or other users.

11. External links

Linked social profiles and websites must comply with these rules to the extent they are used as part of an Infloowerz application or placement. We may remove or disable links that create legal, fraud, safety, malware or reputation risks.

12. Ongoing responsibility for external accounts

Creators remain responsible for their linked social media accounts and external websites after approval. They must keep submitted links, account ownership, public availability, follower information and profile details reasonably accurate and up to date.

Creators must promptly notify Infloowerz if a linked account is sold, transferred, hacked, suspended, deleted, made private or materially changes its identity, purpose or content category.

Infloowerz may carry out automated or manual checks of linked accounts before approval and during an active placement. A failed or inconclusive automated check does not necessarily mean that a Creator has breached these rules, but Infloowerz may request additional verification or place the profile under manual review.

13. Enforcement

Depending on severity and context, we may request correction, reduce visibility, remove material, suspend a profile, revoke a badge, reject an application or terminate access. Serious illegal content may be preserved and reported where legally required or necessary to protect people.

14. Appeals and mistakes

You may challenge a moderation decision by contacting [INSERT LEGAL EMAIL]and explaining why it should be reconsidered. We may restore content or access if the decision was wrong or circumstances have changed.

15. Reporting

Reports should be made in good faith and include enough information to identify the material and explain the issue. Emergency threats should also be reported to the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement authority.
